Skills
- Generative Models: I am highly familiar with diffusion models, including score diffusion, DDPM, DDIM, latent diffusion, and flow matching. I am also familiar with GAN and their litterature, through my courses at the MVA, and the GAN specialization delivered by Deeplearning.AI. These skills were further developped during a research internship focused on applying Variational Autoencoders to satellite datasets.
- Computer Vision: I began learning computer vision by myself, aside high school, through simple projects found on Pyimagesearch or LearnOpenCV, such as face recognition, image classification or facial landkmarks detection. This passion led me to work on early fire detection during my prep school, which was my final project (TIPE) during these studies. During this project, I learned classical computer vision principles for detection in images and videos (hand-made features etc), as well as deep learning concepts (object detectors, U-Net for segmentation, and annotating hundreds of images manually). I continued enjoying vision through my courses at the ENPC and the MVA, where I delved more into the scientific litterature, with more rigorous approaches, combined with hands-on projects.
- Inverse problems: I had a specific course about image denoising, which was awesome, where I learned how BM3D, EPLL, NLM and orthogonal transforms works, as well as deep learning approaches such as DnCNN and N2N. I also learned methods to solve the general formulation of inverse problems in diverse courses, and learned how Plug & Play (PnP) methods works.
- 3D geometry: Reconstructing 3D scenes, processing geometries, geometric deep learning, and a bit of point clouds
- Optimization: Convex optimization, non-convex optimization, deep learning optimization.
- General machine learning and deep learning
- Programming languages: Python, C++.
- Libraries: PyTorch, Pytorch-Lightning, Hydra, OpenCV, scientific libraries, plotly and gradio.
